Everything was very good at this family-friendly hotel. The staff were competent, we had an early check in and a late check-out. The venue's position was perfect and convenient, afraid to lose a contract with the company that made there event. Savoury food in the à la carte restaurant was the best part.

Family-friendly hotel with really friendly staff and marvellous views of the mountains. A ski area, particularly good location close to the mountains and the restaurant at lunch and dinner. Overall very nice stay in christmas time.

The place was fairly clean and staff was amiable. The breakfast with many varieties and every taste and good coffee was great for what you got. The venue was in a central location adjacent to Brasov instead where there were great restaurants that are much better value with top notch service as well as the valley.

Luxurious place, I thoroughly enjoyed affable personnel.
Everything about it was perfect. The breakfast was great with a relaxed kick-off meal, an excellent view, many options even for vegans and attention to detail. The hotel was in a central setting in the nearby area. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and enough space for all of our belongings. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests we had.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dusty areas and broken furniture. The food at the restaurant left much to be desired, with limited options and low-quality ingredients.
